Even with the best of intentions and systems, sometimes the worst happens and you find you data, photos, essays etc gone. No trace of them at all.
But don’t panic.
When you shred a piece of paper, or burn it to a crisp, there’s generally very little chance of getting it back. Not so with computers. When you hit ‘DELETE’, your computer doesn’t actually delete the data, it just marks it as deleted. Which means that it’s not really gone forever. And we can sometimes get that data back. Even if you’ve accidentally formatted your hard drive, it is possible to retrieve that data, too.
We cannot absolutely guarantee to get your data back, or we may be able to access some of it but not all. Charges will be scaled based on the amount of time spent/amount of data recovered. No data = no charge.
